What is the delivery time?
You want a crush, sooner rather than later. We understand you one hundred percent! Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your Flowercrush order. We put together all bouquets and arrange them by hand. We will do this immediately after we have received your order. But you have to be patient - we go for the most beautiful bouquet! We always ship your order within 5 working days. As soon as your silk flowers leave us, you will receive a track-and-trace code.

Home or PostNL collection point
All Flowercrush orders are shipped by PostNL. You can have your order delivered at home or at another address of your choice. You also have the option to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point or you can opt for an evening delivery, very easy! As soon as your package has been processed by PostNL, you will receive an e-mail from us containing the track-and-trace code. From that moment on you can easily track your shipment. 

Do I have to pay shipping costs?
With an order of €100 or more, you do not pay shipping costs. With an order of less than €100, we charge €6.95 for preparing and delivering your order. 

Order outside the Netherlands?
The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may differ and differ per location. We calculate this automatically during the ordering process.

Can I still change my address?
Have you already placed your order? Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders. Therefore, always check whether you have entered the correct information before finalizing your order. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact us and have your order number and address ready.

My package has not yet been delivered, what now?
It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We advise you to view the status of the shipment. You do this with the track-and-trace code you received from us. Do you need help or have a question? Call us or send an e-mail to info [email protected].

What are the delivery times during promotions and holidays ?
During holidays and promotions, it is often busier than usual  for us and the carrier. Despite the crowds, we always do everything we can to send your order to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that your order may arrive a little later than you are used to from us.
