Can I return my order?
Our silk bouquets are hand-assembled and customized after ordering. In our shop we post pictures of all sides. And also, close-ups. Even though you can take a good look at the bouquet, it can happen that you don't like it in your interior. Call us at 085 - 06 06 479 or send an e-mail to [email protected]. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
Please note that custom bouquets are specially made and cut to size. These bouquets cannot be returned!
What is covered by customization?
- Bouquets that are not from our permanent collection but are composed according to your own wishes fall under customization. These bouquets cannot be returned. If you are not completely satisfied, we will look together for a suitable solution.
- Bouquets from our permanent collection on which adjustments are made, such as shortening stems or changing flowers are also covered by customization. These bouquets cannot be returned. If you are not completely satisfied, we will look together for a suitable solution.nbsp;
- Bouquets from our permanent collection where a different vase is chosen than the standard vases shown are also included in custom bouquets. The bouquet will be cut and arranged in the vase of your choice and therefore cannot be returned. If you are not completely satisfied, we will look together for a suitable solution.
It is not customary to return vases. This is due to the fragility of the product (own risk). Vases are very fragile and break easily during transport. Do you hesitate to order? Then we advise you to contact us. This way you can first see if the product is to your liking. We check our items carefully before we ship them. Is a product damaged or not arrived properly? You must report this to us within 4 days of receipt. Reports received later than 4 days after receipt cannot be processed.
How can I return one or more products?
Are you completely unsatisfied with one or more products? Then it is possible to return them (except custom bouquets). All returned items are carefully checked by us and must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in complete original packaging.
- Items must arrive with us in good condition, unused and undamaged.
- Items must not smell of smoke, food or other smells.
To return, you must first contact us at [email protected] or by phone at 085 - 06 06 479. We must receive the product back within 14 days. Our returns processing tests whether the returned product meets the above conditions.
Please note: If the products do not meet our return conditions, you cannot return them to us. If your return does not meet the conditions, we will not be able to process it and refund it.
Important: returning products is entirely at your own risk. Especially with vases, this often goes wrong, and the vase is broken during transport! We also experience that packages unfortunately get lost and do not reach us. Therefore, we advise you to always send the return package registered If the returned item is damaged or does not reach us at all, we cannot refund it.
What does a return cost?
Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
How to return?
After your email us we will provide you with a return label. The purchase amount minus the return costs will then be transferred to you within 5 working days.
